Fan favorite star of Return to Return to Nuke ‘Em High AKA Volume 2, Catherine Corcoran, will be making a TROMAzing special appearance on Nov. 14th from 6-8 PM at Forbidden Planet NYC‘s Blu-ray Release Party for Vol. 2! Return to Nuke ‘Em High Vol. 1 was previously honored at The Museum of Modern Art as a part of The Contenders Series in 2013, while Vol. 2 premiered at Nuke ‘Em High Day at NYC’s Museum of the Moving Image and is in the process of completing its theatrical run!
Her career also includes starring roles in Hallmark Channel’s ‘Last Vermont Christmas‘ and feature, ‘Long Lost,’ by Emmy Award-winning director, Erik Bloomquist, for which she has been nominated for multiple ‘Best Actress’ awards; along with a supporting role in ‘Chuck‘ alongside Elizabeth Moss and Naomi Watts.
Catherine has co-starred on television series ‘Gossip Girl’, ‘The Good Wife’, ‘MTV Pranks’, and worked under the mentorship of Academy Award recognized directors Peter Jackson (‘The Lovely Bones‘) and Josh Fox (‘Gasland‘).
She has been featured in various publications including The New York Times, Interview Magazine, TIME Magazine, PAPER Magazine, MAXIM Magazine, and Le Figaro.
Much in the vein of her Tromatic mentors, Catherine is also known for her advocacy of independent art, and has spoken at The Museum of Modern Art, The Film Society of Lincoln Center and The Museum of the Moving Image.
