Troma Team Zombies Take a Huge Leak on the 89th Annual NYC Zombie Crawl May 31st

Lloyd Kaufman has been invited to headline the NYC Zombie Crawl After Party, Sunday May 31st at 8:30 PM. Black Bear Bar. 70 N 6th Street. Brooklyn, NY. This event is being produced by Backseat Conceptions and Troma alum Doug Sakmann.

First on the agenda, Kaufman and The Troma Team will leak a video from their recently launched Kickstarter Campaign for Return to Nuke ‘Em High: Volume 2.  This incredible video features the reclusive Michael Herz, vice president of Troma Entertainment, in his first public appearance in over fifteen years. Next on the agenda, even more exclusive footage to be screened! One of Troma Entertainment’s most beloved characters finally has his own web series! Get ready for  “Kabukiman’s Cocktail Corner,” a short-form variety talk show, airing on the Troma Movies YouTube Channel. Join host Sgt. Kabukiman NYPD as he drinks adult beverages, chats with some truly independent artists, and enjoys an eclectic range of musical performances. The NYC Zombie Crawl afterparty will also feature performances from some of NY’s finest independent artists, including music from comedian Dave Hill and the funkadelic Unicorn Smack, who are featured on ‘Kabukiman’s http://kck.st/1EKXH5F Cocktail Corner’. The evening will also include music from sexually charged band ‘Sparklefight’ and some funk metal from BlkVampires and a horror themed burlesque show from Stephanie Anders and Zuzu Zombi.

Comedians Kevin and Matt will host the ‘Zoscars’ giving awards to some of the best and most insane zombie movies ever made as well as a $200 cash prize Zombie Costume Contest with prizes for the Best Costume, Best FX, Most Bloody, Sexiest zombie and more! DJ Tim Tim No37 will be spinning throughout the night and there will be drink specials from Pabst Blue Ribbon and Jagermeister!
